Cait Patrick & Lise Ravalli (Garden)

From high school best friends, to successful business partners, Cait Patrick and Lise Ravalli (Garden) are a match made in heaven. The duo owns and operates the very successful Barrie hotspot - Homestead Artisan Bakery.

After graduating from St. Joseph’s Catholic High School in 2004, they took their love of baking to the next level. They learned from world-renowned Certified Master Baker Jeffrey Hamelman.

Cait and Lise started Homestead Bakery in 2014, showcasing their talents at the Barrie Farmers’ Market. The business quickly gained popularity with locals, and they opened their first café in downtown Barrie in May 2016.

Homestead Artisan Bakery is now a Dunlop Street staple, known for their homemade artisan breads. In 2021, Homestead Bakery was selected for Food Network television show, Project Bakeover. The business received a renovation and re-vamped menu from industry professionals.
