Women’s soccer in Canada garners international respect, and Victoria Pickett has certainly made an impact as one of its stars. She has competed in three FIFA World Cup Championships and the PANAM Games.

To say that Victoria Pickett has made an impact on the sport of soccer is an understatement. The list of her accomplishments is long and impressive.

Victoria was just 15 years old when she won a silver medal at the CONCACAF U-17 Championship. From that point forward, she has had numerous successes on and off the pitch.

Victoria received a scholarship to Wisconsin University and achieved her Master’s Degree. Her dream of becoming a professional athlete was realized when she was drafted by Kansas City to play in their National Women's’ Soccer League (NWSL). That same year, she was also asked to play with Canada’s National Women’s Team.

She has competed in three FIFA World Cup Championships and the PANAM Games. Currently, she is excited to be playing alongside the athletes she grew up idolizing as part of Canada Soccer’s Women’s National Team Celebration Tour.

Victoria believes that her Catholic faith played an important role in shaping her life experiences - both the challenges and the triumphs.
